A celebration of these elegant flowers…they are a common sight at markets and roadside farm stands in my area, and I can’t get enough.
I work from reference photos so the flowers don’t fade. I spent a lot of time with this set up in the yard, while birds and butterflies were flying close by. It took a few attempts to learn how to layer the pink to capture the glow of the real thing.
